Filing a Notice
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@qornexis.com including: identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
Statement of Accuracy
Your notice must include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notice
If material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the required information described above and identification of the removed content.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and, where appropriate, restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
